Reboot
Copy BP-Folder to tmp
Reboot
Copy BP-Folder back to original position
Reboot

Well, I finally deleted all my feeds and added them again. PITA, but now it is working again.

I deleted a feed and added it again, now for this feed the download is working again.

I can confirm that behaviour: BeyondPod freezes when deleting a file on Kitkat.

When I restart BP after forced close (forced by me) the episode is deleted (even more strage).
