    sharing podcast feature

not sure if its been suggested before, but it would be cool to be able to share podcasts that im listening to through social media sites or email or other messenger services, just like how other media has those options through gallery. if the sharing option would also include the downloaded description of the podcast to be included with the messages, a link as to where to get the podcast from, this can also encourage subscriptions to feeds and help promote the beyondpod app too

    whattaya think?

There are share functions implemented (latest tablet beta) for both feeds and episodes. The "share episode" (long-press on the episode, tap menu, tap share) sends the short description and links for content, notes, and the feed itself. If you long-press the feed, one of the options that pops up is Share.

As a test, I shared a feed and an episode via email, and they looked good. There are lots of options presented for sharing (G+, LinkedIn, Xabber, etc).

    What's missing?

As Dennis says, you can already do it. There's even an option (in the settings) to attach the actual media itself if the destination app can accept it.

You have to install the facebook Android app. Each app tells Android the types of things it can accept shares of, which will then appear in the share menu.

BP just tells Android "I want to share this audio/mpeg" (or something like that), and Android handles the menu popup and all.
