Bluetooth Pause Button Doesn't Work When BP is in Background - FF/REV Does Work

    Hello BeyondPod-

I'm new the the app, and to android for that matter. A long time iphone user.

I have an unlocked Moto X and a Proximus P16-41418 Bluetooth FM Transmitter.

    http://www.amazon.com/Proximus-P16-4...dp/B005BJLGJO/

All buttons work when the app is in foreground, or when the home screen is shown.

But if I pull up another app, like Waze in the foreground, the play/pause does not work, but the FF/REV buttons DO work even when BP is not in foreground.

I'm happy about the app, I'd just like to get this issue addressed.

One plug for the BP support team, I e-mailed them about subscription-specific playback speed and they helped me amazingly quick, and it turns out it was already built in.

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

From BeyondPod's point of view, it receives button codes from Android and reacts to them. My guess is that for whatever reason, it's not receiving the Play/Pause button. What happens if you are playing something in Google Music in the background rather than BeyondPod? Both use the same media player, so should react in the same way.
