You got 4.1.30 from the Beta page - it was never published to the Post Store as far as I know.

Mine just upgraded from 4.1.27 to 4.1.32, and the Play Store app showed 4.1.32 as the available version.

Yes, I usually get every beta version, not surprisingly. This time, I hadn't already installed 4.1.32 by the time it updated automatically via the Play Store ... and interestingly, the Play Store now tells me 4.1.32

I wonder if Google has changed something in the Play Store / Play Services recently, or whether it only shows you the beta version if you downloaded whatever is installed from the Play Store (which I often haven't done, because I sideloaded before the version I'm using was released to the Play Store)?

4.1.48 is now released to the Play Store. There are no beta versions newer than that at the moment.
