    App not available for this account

    I joined the Google Beta testing group a while back, and was getting my beta updates from Google Play. I recently changed phones (don't know if this is relevant).

    I just saw a pop-up for a new beta version, so I went to the play store to update - and it was not in the list of apps to update. So I went to the google group, and followed the instructions to sign up again, and got "App not available for this account" message.

    How do I fix this?

    (Old phone: LG G2 (Sprint) :: New Phone: Nexus 6 (Fi))
    (Same Google Account as before)

    I am having the exact same problem on a Samsung S6. My prior phone was an S4.

    The thread linked above is about a known bug in Android 4.2.2. I am running Android 5.0.2. However, I tried again this morning and was asked to rejoin the Beta program. After doing that I was able to successfully get the 4.1.46 Beta through the Play Store. It seems something was fixed somewhere...
