Presentation nit: theme ignored in settings and menus

The Settings screens and most menus do not pay attention to the "theme".

An occasional menu does show up dark: the Player screen three-dots menu obeys the theme, but the hardware menu button does not.

    Dennis,

Yes, our initial focus with the "dark" theme was to cover the main application window only (as it is used the most often) and leave the other windows for future release. Unfortunately, every time I plan on doing cleanup, Google manages to release a major update to the OS (...like Android M) that takes precedence.

As far as hardware button's menu - most of the UI theming (screens, menus, action bars etc.) is now part of Google's support libraries. Because hardware menus are being deprecated across devices in favor of soft menus, they don't bother updating the code that applies shows hardware menus. I have pretty much given up on trying to do anything outside what is being offered by the support libraries - with so many devices it is a losing battle to test on each one.

    *sigh*

Just one of the *ahem* benefits *ahem* of an open multi-manufacturer system.

    Still better than the alternatives...

    Thanks!
