    Pull too refresh blocking

In beyondpod 4.2.10 pull to refresh is blocking when I do not pull down from the top, but rather the center our the screen. This means the little refresh circle is stuck as soon as I release it. It also won't trigger the sync as it did before.

My device is a Motorola moto X play with Android 5.1.1

Hi, and welcome to the forum.

It's working fine for me (on 4.2.10, on a Sony Xperia Z2).

Are you saying that it makes a difference where on the screen you pull from? And have you tried a good old-fashioned reboot since this started happening?

Hi and thanks for the warm welcome,

yes, I tried rebooting and yes, it makes a difference from where I pull. To trigger the refresh I have to pull right down from the top to almost the bottom of the screen. If I release too early the circle will just remain where it is at the time I release it. I will make a video of it and share a link here.

As soon as you've made the video (comparing a working pull with a non-working one), please also immediately capture and send a copy of your Android log, and attach the videos to that, referencing back to this thread.

    Thanks

    Hi Julie,

I have been swiping over the mini player at the bottom. As soon as I touch it with the swipe the refresh circle stops and does not dissappear.
If I stay inside the list everything is fine.

Here's a link to the video:

I also sent the logs to your support.

We've been trying, but we can't even reproduce it.

@Eifeschaf Are you running Motorola's Android, or CyanogenMod (or some other custom ROM)?

@juwlz It's Motorola's default. But the issue is quite clear. The sliding layout from the bottom catches the pull to refresh layout's swipe event. I can create more videos to make this behavior clearer, if you like.

I get it, you just pull down in all episodes from the center of the first episode card.

    have sent a log.

@paulroberts actually it is not important from where you pull down as long as you swipe to the bottom where the player is.
