keyboard and focus when creating new categories

When you start creating a new category (manage feeds -> new category), you're presented with a dialog with category colors, and a preliminary category title that reads 'New Category', with the appearance of selected text, but this dialog should cause the virtual keyboard (if available?) to appear, and the selected text should actually have focus... so if you were to start typing, the 'New Category' text would be replaced by what you type.

The dialog doesn't cause the virtual keyboard to appear, so you have to tap the text field to give it focus, and the 'New Category' text is no longer selected, which is a bit contradictory to having the text selected when you first see the dialog.
