Allow Ordering Change After Playlist Built

When I go through my Podcasts adding entries to the Playlist, I have to be extremely concious of the order I am adding them because there is no means to change the order with the exceptions of clearing individual entries or clearing the entire playlist. I would suggest adding an option to allow reordering either by drag an drop or editing the sequence numbers of the queued entries.

The three-dot handles on the left edge of the playlist entries can be used to drag&drop your episodes.
