Files not downloading

I have moved to a new phone. Nexus 6P to Pixel 3.

I used the backup/restore feature.

However, I can't download episodes. Nothing happens. I saw an error about out of space show up. So I tried to view logs...

If I try to view the log, I get an error about the folder not existing. /storage/emulated/0/Android/.... blah blah. It is the same path shown in general settings download folder.

The phone has 20Gb free. So, it seems this folder isn't there for some reason. What can I do short up deleting the app and just reseting everything up manually again?

I decided to just delete the app, and set it up from scratch rather than restore from a backup. It works fine now.

So nevermind.
