4.2.41 Missing episode art

Hi there everyone,

I find that some feeds don't display individual episode art, even though the podcast itself does have a valid cover image. I have the link for one such feed below, and I find the image URL is in a <itunes:image> tag. I realize that this player is not an Apple product, but I found that some other Android podcatchers display these images. Could BeyondPod do that as well?
