It's a huge irritation to have to dismiss app spam in every visit.

Care to explain?

The usual implementation of Tapatalk pops up a purchase solicitation every time you visit a forum without the app, pressuring you to buy the app just to get rid of the popup annoyance. I don't like Tapatalk, and I don't want to be hassled that way every time I visit a forum.

I couldn't agree with this more. Even if it's possible to install Tapatalk support on a forum without that idiotic popup, I would advocate against doing so because of their awful business practice. It's like climbing into bed with DoubleClick or Aureate or something. I HATE Tapatalk.
